The agency is looking for a passionate Performance Ads Manager to handle Google and Meta ads campaigns. This part-time role (2-3 days per week) offers great flexibility while being part of a dynamic, values-driven team.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising account builds across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance and develop strategies for high-budget clients.
- Liaise with Google and Meta Ads support teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Establish performance tracking and reporting to measure ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with client account managers to provide proactive advice and direction.
- Work with other channel specialists to integrate campaigns with broader marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive results for clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering great results with digital ads.
- Experience with GA4 for tracking and analysis.
- Experience in ecommerce and Merchant Centre is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to optimize ad performance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
