As a Technical Writer, you will contribute to creating clear, concise, and high-impact documentation to support product development, including user manuals, safety guides, and quick guides.

Responsibilities

  • Research and determine process flows, technical content, and release delivery requirements for documentation.
  • Develop and implement authoring templates to ensure efficient content creation and consistent formatting across documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Regulatory, Product Management) to gather and organize input into clear and concise documentation.
  • Upload, manage, and update documentation in product development platforms such as PLM and Web-CMS.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, manage budgets, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain consistency across documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience creating documentation (e.g., manuals/guides) for electronic products.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker). 
  • Experience with XML-based editorial systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
