About the job Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full range of corporate secretarial duties, including preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining company records, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements, and advising clients on corporate governance matters.
- The role involves frequent coordination with our Hong Kong team and clients, offering exposure to both local and cross-border engagements.
What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in company secretarial and compliance work
- Experience with Hong Kong company law and regulatory requirements is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Malaysias Companies Act 2016 and SSM processes is also welcome
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- ICSA/MAICSA qualification (or currently pursuing) is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
