We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Executive proficient in English and Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional) to create, design, translate, and publish content across multiple platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website blogs.

This role focuses on producing clear, engaging, and well-structured content to enhance brand visibility and drive inbound inquiries across the China and Hong Kong markets.

Work Arrangement:

  • On-site presence is required during the initial 3-to-6-month probation period.
  • A hybrid working model will be adopted thereafter, with opportunities to collaborate remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, write, translate, and localize content in English and Chinese (Simplified and/or Traditional), ensuring a natural tone and platform fit.
  • Manage and publish content across:

    • Xiaohongshu (XHS)
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • YouTube
    • Website blog
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats (including video) for different platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in content quality, style, and posting schedule.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Support the coordination of events, promotional activities, and partnerships.
  • Perform other ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified or Traditional, written).
  • Experience in social media content creation.
  • Able to produce clear, structured, and engaging content.
  • Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook content styles.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in blog or website content writing.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or branding.
  • Experience in B2B or business-related content.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
