Job Description

The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Malaysia and Singapore clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely payroll delivery. This role also involves handling complex payroll matters, supporting clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for Malaysia and Singapore clients
  • Monitoring payroll deadlines and ensure time timely delivery payroll reports and bank files.
  • Take ownership of processing and serving as contact point for all daily payroll activities and query solutions.
  • Stay updated with payroll statutory changes and ensure compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia & Singapore statutory requirements
  • Maintain good relationship with clients through client visits/ client reviews and calls
  • Handling invoices/ billings on monthly basis for all client accounts
  • Support payroll system implementation, migration, and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of payroll experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing.
  • Hands-on experience handling both Malaysia and Singapore payroll is required.
  • Experience using payroll systems such as Rymnet, Info-Tech, JustLogin, Payroll2U or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience handling Malaysia and Singapore payroll is required.
