PROJECT MANAGER

PM will be responsible for the end to end project implementation using project methodology of Waterfall and Agile. The PM will perform documentations such as; contracts, project charter, document of understanding, project kick-off, project plan, risk management, cut-over, business harvesting, and lessons learned. Understands project scope and provide delivery excellence for the client’s demand and requirement. PM will also be responsible in monitoring and implementation of project deliverables, project timeline, budget, and can perform change management when project requires.
