3PL MANAGEMENT STAFF

Oversee the overall 3PL management operations. Shall ensure the accreditation of the right 3PL partners for FLC trucking Operations, the implementation of 3PL performance management, and implement programs that will further improve 3PL partner performance such as but not limited to Integrated Management System, Safety, and Operational Excellence.
