Job Description:

Fathomrealty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Vienna, Austria. As a part-time representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their real estate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services and properties

- Assist clients with scheduling property viewings and provide follow-up support

- Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure smooth transactions and timely communication with clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on current real estate market trends and property listings

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

- Must be Fluent in English 

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
