Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on real estate data. This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and analyze real estate data from various sources to identify trends and insights

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights to support decision making

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data analysis processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and real estate market

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

- 1 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Fluent in English,
