POSITION OVERVIEW:
Recruiter plays a vital role in our mission to revolutionize the real estate landscape. They ensure that our teams are staffed with top-tier talent who are aligned with our goals and values. Each member of the Talent Acquisition team works collaboratively to identify, attract, and onboard the best candidates. This role supports our mission by ensuring a seamless recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our employer branding initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles across all departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Source and engage candidates through platforms like JobsDB, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Plan and execute impactful recruitment events, including job fairs, career days, and campus hiring programs.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multi-stage selection processes to ensure an excellent candidate fit.
- Lead mass recruitment initiatives for high-volume hiring.
- Specialize in IT recruitment to source and hire technical talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Support employer branding campaigns to enhance our visibility and appeal in the talent market.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including mass and IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates via JobsDB, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing recruitment data.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional-level proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines effectively.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency.
- Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment marketing strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel for recruitment events or other business needs.
