Position Overview: Head of Brokerage Jakarta
We’re seeking a highly driven, performance-focused sales leader to build and scale our internal brokerage operations in Jakarta. This role will involve hiring, training, and managing a local agent team, implementing efficient sales processes, driving high-volume resale and new home transactions, and ensuring top-tier conversion and service delivery.
You’ll lead the entire sales funnel-from lead distribution and qualification to deal closing - while working closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech to build a market-leading brokerage model in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Lead the Agent Team
Recruit, train, and manage Jakarta’s internal real estate agents across
resale and new homes.Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, incentives, and
accountability.
2. Sales Execution & Funnel Management
Own the entire sales funnel - from lead assignment to final
transaction.- Implement sales processes, scripts, and tech tools to maximize conversion and velocity.
3. Agent Performance & Growth
- Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rate, revenue per agent, churn).
Run continuous coaching and improvement programs to scale
productivity.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing to align lead flow and campaigns with team
capacity and focus.Collaborate with Product and Tech to optimize our CRM and agent
tooling.Align with Operations and Country Manager to ensure smooth
transactions.
5. Market Expansion & Strategic Growth
Identify high-performing talent and expand the brokerage team into\
additional Jakarta districts.- Launch and grow sales support roles, including listing agents and viewing agents, as the business scales.
- Identify new markets or cities across Indonesia to expand and build a nationwide brokerage offering.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in residential real estate or high-performance inside sales
- Proven track record in managing agent teams and other sales leaders, hitting or exceeding aggressive monthly sales targets
- Deep understanding of resale and off-plan transactions in Indonesia
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and pipeline management
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a hands-on approach
