8 Atelier Residence is an exclusive luxury condominium in Bangtao-Pasak, Phuket. Location: On-site at 8 Atelier Sales Gallery, Pasak Soi 8, Choeng Thale, 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive who will play a dual role: managing the on-site sales process and maintaining a professional presence across our social media platforms. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a creative eye for digital engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and booked appointments at the showroom.
  • Conduct guided tours of show units and explain project features, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle the full sales cyclefrom lead qualification and follow-ups to reservation and closing.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in client communications (email, calls, in-person).
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers, partners, and walk-in clients.
  • Keep CRM records updated with notes, documents, and sales status.
  • Support marketing and promotional events, including open houses and launch activities.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee daily posting and content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and Line.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote campaigns, new listings, and milestones.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, client visits, and site progress for social sharing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). 
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask between client-facing and digital content responsibilities.
  • Must be well-presented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Existing network and experience working with real estate agents in Phuket is a plus

Working Hours:

  • 5 days per week and available to work weekends when clients book appointments
  • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Based on-site at the 8 Atelier Sales Office

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
  • Commission: Attractive tiered structure
