Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager to lead and develop our international sales team within the precision modular tool systems sector. The successful candidate will drive global sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and build strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective global sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage an international sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand global market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners worldwide.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
  • Manage sales budget and resources efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Attend industry events and conferences for networking and market intelligence.
  • Implement and oversee CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales management in a global context.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of modular tool systems, machining, clamping tools, and related precision tooling products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or specialized technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and English (fluent) is mandatory. Professional proficiency in French is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work on-site in Switzerland when not traveling.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in international technical sales of precision tooling or modular boring systems.
  • Background in companies serving global markets with modular tooling, clamping, and machining solutions.
  • Familiarity with competitors or industry leaders in the precision tooling sector.
