Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist Business Process Lead to support supply-related activities and drive excellence across procurement functions at our energy facility in San Diego, CA. This position plays a key role in aligning sourcing strategies with business goals, improving supplier performance, and integrating best practices into core operations.
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions, optimizing inventory and supplier relationships, and supporting both tactical and strategic planning. This role is ideal for supply chain professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to make a measurable impact on operational performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to develop and implement integrated sourcing and supply chain solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Buyer, or Procurement Process Leader.
