Candidates without hands-on IQMS/DELMIAworks experience will not be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with deep expertise in IQMS (now DELMIAworks) to lead deployment and enhancement projects across our manufacturing operations. This high-impact role will drive system standardization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic IT delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementation and optimization of IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP across core modules: manufacturing, planning, purchasing, inventory, and finance
  • Manage project milestones, resources, risks, and budgets aligned with business strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful ERP rollouts
  • Create and maintain SOPs, validation protocols, and change management documentation
  • Monitor license compliance and oversee hardware/software procurement processes
  • Identify process inefficiencies and deliver technical solutions to support manufacturing excellence
  • Supervise daily IT operations and contribute to long-term ERP strategy

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP experience in manufacturing settings
  • 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 in regulated or manufacturing industries
  • Proven ability to manage ERP projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in plastics manufacturing
  • Familiarity with multi-ERP environments and post-acquisition integrations
  • Background in quality systems and compliance-heavy environments
  • Multi-site or global project experience
