Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the full production and logistics lifecycle in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, inventory control, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production and operations schedules based on demand and inventory levels

• Supervise warehouse and logistics functions, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Track and report on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, production efficiency, waste, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely raw material availability and shipment of finished goods
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Train, lead, and evaluate team members; assist with staffing and performance management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs
• Support safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to facility procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or logistics

• Proven track record in a production or operations environment, ideally within food or bakery settings
• Proficiency with inventory or operations software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
