We're seeking a talented and driven Technical Business Analyst to join the Technology team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects by accurately capturing, validating, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into detailed technical specifications.

About the Role - What you'll do:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and technical specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop detailed technical specifications, user stories, mock-ups, solution designs, and use cases. Create and maintain accurate documentation, including functional and technical designs, process flows, and data models. Develop prototypes and support R&D activities.
  • Technology Expertise: Utilize your expertise in technologies like React, JavaScript, PWA, Azure, AWS, SQL, and more. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users, clients, and development teams. Ensure effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and validation of developed solutions. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Agile & Waterfall Workflow: Work within agile and waterfall project delivery methods. Comfortably respond to change and work outside of rigid swim lanes.
  • Leadership & Strategic Alignment: Contribute to building a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Provide expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders. Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant frameworks and strategies.

Qualifications - Your Background

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and specifications.
  • Experience with technologies like React, JavaScript, Azure, AWS, SQL, and related tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously within established guidelines.
  • A passion for continuous learning and improvement.
