Summary:

A globally well-established beverage company is seeking Executive Vice President.

The Executive Vice President is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including business development, financial performance, and overall organizational growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the beverage industry, exceptional management skills, and the ability to drive innovation and profitability.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer and Executive advisor

Term: 3 months followed by President and COO position opportunity if applicable

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Lead and inspire the executive team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansions, new product lines, and strategic partnerships
  • Create synergy within group companies

2. Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

3. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while managing costs and risks
  • Understand headquarter needs and culture

4. Innovation and Growth:

  • Drive innovation in product development, marketing strategies, and operational processes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Promote a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organization

5. Team Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the organization
  • Provide mentorship and support to senior management and other key team members
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of executive management experience in the beverage industry or a related sector
  • Proven track record of successful strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage change in a dynamic environment

Compensation: $180K/year for Executive Vice President period and followed by $250K/year plus bonus based on the performance
