Merchandiser in Food Manufacturing Company

Summary:
A food manufacturing company in Honolulu is seeking a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join the team.
This position is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in merchandising and supporting their products at the retail locations. You will be the first point of contact at their retail locations, stocking, rotating and displaying products.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in merchandising strategy and product selection.
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support promotional campaigns and product displays.
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends.
- Visit stores and assess product presentation.
- Business Travel to Other branch 
- Report on performance and make recommendations.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.

Must Requirements:
- Be able to use English and either Japanese/Korean/Chinese in business settings. *Since Japanese, Chinese, and Korean retailers and restaurants are also part of our target clientele.
- A valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

仕事内容
社用車を使用して、顧客の店舗を訪問し、商品のサービスおよびマーチャンダイジングを行います。

• 売場管理：売り場のレイアウト、陳列方法などを工夫し、売上向上に繋げる
• 在庫管理：商品を補充する
• コミュニケーション：顧客や店舗に関する懸念事項があれば、営業マネージャーに報告する
• 販促計画：広告、プロモーション（商品デモストレーションやイベントへの参加）、POPなど、販売促進活動を計画・実行する
• 営業補佐：自社製品の販売サポート業務
• マーケティング：コールドメールを送信することで、潜在顧客やパートナーに製品やサービスを紹介する

- ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語・韓国語・中国語のいずれかが使用可能であること。日系・中華系・韓国系の小売店・飲食店もターゲット顧客であるため
- 運転免許証をお持ちの方（ハワイでは、日本のものもハワイにコンバートができるため、日本の免許証があれば問題ございません）
- Microsoft Office Suite が使用できる方
