Duties:

  • Support HR to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Back-up monthly payroll for non-Swiss legal entities.
  • Running monthly payroll for employees. 
  • Year-end related work e.g. insurance declarations, statutory requirements etc.
  • Working with Finance and monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts. 
  • Support HR with payroll related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Health insurance (KV). 
  • Higher education in HR or social security. 
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll-related accounting skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Abacus payroll system with Workday/or beqom.
  • Reliable, attention to detail, accuracy and focus. 
  • Dedication and self-motivation.
  • Excellent English and German written and communication skills.
