Payroll Specialist
About the job Payroll Specialist

Duties:
- Support HR to deliver a high-quality service.
- Back-up monthly payroll for non-Swiss legal entities.
- Running monthly payroll for employees.
- Year-end related work e.g. insurance declarations, statutory requirements etc.
- Working with Finance and monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts.
- Support HR with payroll related queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Health insurance (KV).
- Higher education in HR or social security.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll-related accounting skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of Abacus payroll system with Workday/or beqom.
- Reliable, attention to detail, accuracy and focus.
- Dedication and self-motivation.
- Excellent English and German written and communication skills.
