Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and written communication channels,

Manage customer complaints with a professional, polite, and solution-oriented approach,

Accurately document all interactions and cases in the system.
Note: This is not a sales position. All calls are inbound and focused entirely on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written,

Preferably educated in or has lived in dutch speaking country.

Has a quiet home office setup and a reliable internet connection,

Strong communication and problem-solving skills,

Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
