Job Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and written communication channels,

• Manage customer complaints with a professional, polite, and solution-oriented approach,

• Accurately document all interactions and cases in the system.

Note: This is not a sales position. All calls are inbound and focused entirely on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written,

• Preferably educated in or has lived in dutch speaking country.

• Has a quiet home office setup and a reliable internet connection,

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,

• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
