Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone and written communication channels,

Manage customer complaints with a professional, polite, and solution-oriented approach,

Note: This is not a sales position. All calls are inbound and focused entirely on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written,

Preferably educated in or has lived in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Belgium,

Has a quiet home office setup and a reliable internet connection,

Strong communication and problem-solving skills,

Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
