Role Overview
The A320 Captain will command Airbus A320 family aircraft under international aviation standards, ensuring the highest levels of safety, leadership, and regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional, multicultural environment with flexible expat and commuting contract options.

Core Responsibilities

• Command A320 family aircraft in compliance with company SOPs, ICAO regulations, and authority standards

• Conduct pre-flight planning, route and performance checks, fuel calculation, and weather assessment

• Maintain full command authority throughout all flight phases

• Lead and mentor cockpit and cabin crew through effective CRM and communication

• Manage flight operations with sound judgment

• Participate in recurrent training, simulator checks, and performance assessments

• Maintain all operational documentation and reports according to regulations

Requirements

• Valid ATPL (A318/A319/A320/A321)

• Valid and unrestricted Class 1 Medical

• Airbus A320 Type Rating

• Minimum 3500 total flight hours

• Minimum 1500 PIC hours on A320 family

• Recent A320 flight experience (within last 12 months)

• ICAO English Level 4 or above

• Clean safety and disciplinary record
