General Manager Travel & Tourism
We are seeking an experienced and innovative General Manager to lead one of the fast-growing travel business in Baku. You will oversee high-volume airline ticketing operations, develop unique tourism products, and deliver a superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
Airline Ticketing Management

Oversee airline ticketing operations and ensure continued market leadership.

Strengthen and expand partnerships with airline providers; negotiate competitive fares and agreements.

Monitor airline industry trends and proactively adapt the companys commercial strategy.
Tourism Product & Innovation

Develop new tourism and travel packages tailored to diverse customer segments.

Identify emerging market trends and customer preferences to drive product innovation.

Collaborate with marketing teams to successfully launch and promote offerings.
Customer Experience & Front-Office Oversight

Manage high walk-in traffic operations, ensuring a premium guest experience.

Oversee client inquiries, bookings, and customer care processes with quality and speed.

Maintain high service standards and protect the agencys premium brand image.
Business Development & Finance

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Execute sales and retention strategies to drive revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience.

Strong leadership background within travel, airline, or hospitality sectors preferred.

Proven experience leading customer-facing, high-volume service operations.
