BREAKFAST COOK

Duties and responsibilities:

• Taking control of the breakfast service and ensuring guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast for the start of their day.
• Cooking by following the correct recipe and managing breakfast service.
• Ensuring the hygiene of the kitchen and workplace.
• Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Have a good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and HACCP.
• Attend training courses as and when required.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.

Your profile:

• Fluency in English and German language
• Completed education in the hospitality department
• Experience in hotels or restaurants
