RECEPTIONIST

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting guests with a positive, helpful attitude
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks 
• Responding to all guests' questions and requests
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
• Managing guest bookings and reservations
• Provide excellent customer service in general

Your profile:

• Fluency in the German language
• Previous experience in hotels
• Advanced computer skills
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
