Your responsibilities:

  • Training and checking standards in food production and preparation
  • Creating a menu and implementing standards
  • Implementing HACCP requirements
  • Control of compliance with the menu of all meals specified in the standards
  • Managing the food inventory
  • Management of the kitchen staff
  • Food cost control

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • Professional experience in the same position at sea, river, or on land in the four-star area
  • PC skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent leadership skills
