HOTEL MANAGER

Your responsibilities:

• Management & control of the Hotel
• Control of F&B orders
• Sample of inventories and evaluation of inventories with Maitre and Executive Chef
• Creation of the cruise report
• Decision on cabin occupancy and upgrades
• Management of the ships cash book (cash book); responsible for money transfers
• Responsible for revenue cost control including budget comparison and comments
• Conducting appraisal interviews
• Discovering and promoting employees with potential for specialist and management careers
• Communication with the HR department in all personnel matters
• Control of all deliveries and inventories in the non-food area/shop
• Responsible for smooth on-board operations and defining the interfaces between the departments

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel sector, successfully completed business studies (at least hotel management school)
• Management experience, at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of German and English
