• Checking guests in and out of the hotel in a courteous and pleasant manner
• Handling guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy
• Providing front desk services to guests
• Processing guest payments, etc.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
