Essential Functions of Sous Chef:
- Develop strong relationships within a team and staff management
- Overseeing training and checking standards in food production and preparation
- Implementing HACCP requirements
- Control of compliance with the menu of all meals specified in the standards
- Menu development, innovation, and recipes design
- Recruitment and Payroll assisting
- Works harmoniously and professionally with all co-workers
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably has luxury hotel & culinary background
- Experience in related field
- Excellent command of English
