Your responsibilities:

  • Professional calculation, preparation, and presentation of all meals/foods, according to the assigned
  • Weight/cut and portion control according to the daily menu plan
  • Supervision and overview of the product quantities for the responsible storage room
  • Responsible for the hygiene of the own kitchen area not limited only to the cold storage /storage room
    according to Scylla standards, etc.

Your profile:

  • Experience as a Cook in the river cruising industry or 4* and 5* hotels and restaurants.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Passionate about cooking.
  • Flexible and team player
