CHEF DE PARTIE
Assignments/Responsibilities:
- Providing professional service on designed workstations
- Retaining full knowledge of the menu and recipes
- Preparing show plates as instructed by the Supervisor
- Ensure proper setup and mise en place as per company standards, etc.
Your profile:
- Professional experience in the same position, 4* and 5* experience is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills
- Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment, positive personality, neat appearance
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
