- Training and checking standards in food production and preparation
- Creating a menu and implementing standards
- Implementing HACCP requirements
- Control of compliance with the menu of all meals specified in the standards
- Managing the food inventory
- Management of the kitchen staff
- Food cost control
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Professional experience in the same position at sea, river, or on land in the five-star area
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Swiss Contract
