SPA / Beauty and Massage

Your tasks:

• Advice, sale, and use of standardized treatments and massages for guests
• Selling and advising guests on cosmetic products and making appointments
• Sale and presentation of the complete SPA offer in the public areas
• Presentation of the SPA offer for the guests on the first day of the trip
• Monitoring of the sauna temperatures
• Compliance with hygienic standards and ensuring the cleanliness of SPA and its inventory
• Carrying out a monthly inventory in the area of SPA sales, treatments, and sports goods
• Independent development of SPA actions to increase sales
• Evaluation of sales figures together with the hotel manager

Your profile:

• Successfully completed professional training as a beautician, including the basics of massage, resulting in the professional implementation of cosmetic applications, massages, and body treatments* Additional training (e.g. special body treatments, hot stone massage) is desirable
• Professional experience in the cosmetics sector in the hotel industry or in a comparable position is desirable
• Very good language skills in English and/or German in order to be able to approach guests, conduct fluent consultations, and hold presentations in front of the guests
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Approachable, friendly personality, neat and professional appearance
