CHEF DE BAR
Tasks:
- Various preparatory duties prior to and at the end of the season
- Responsible for the implementation of the correct appearance, as well as the standard of personal hygiene of the Bar Waiter / Bar Waitress
- Organization, realization, and supervision of F&B activities
- Responsible for meeting the HCCP Standards
- Active communication with passengers in order to obtain feedback and generate revenue by recommendation
Your profile:
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience on ships is an advantage
- Advanced level of English and German
- Friendly and service-oriented personality
- Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
