Your responsibilities:

  • Self-responsible management of the entire galley
  • Professional calculation, preparation, and presentation of all meals/foods, according to the assigned position
  • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
  • Supporting the Head Chef with orders and inventories, etc.

Your profile:

  • Experience as a Sous-chef in the river cruising industry or 4* and 5* hotels and restaurants.
  • Not afraid to lead the galley in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Yes, I can-attitude.
  • Passionate about cooking.
