SOUS CHEF
Your responsibilities:
- Self-responsible management of the entire galley
- Professional calculation, preparation, and presentation of all meals/foods, according to the assigned position
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
- Supporting the Head Chef with orders and inventories, etc.
Your profile:
- Experience as a Sous-chef in the river cruising industry or 4* and 5* hotels and restaurants.
- Not afraid to lead the galley in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Yes, I can-attitude.
- Passionate about cooking.
