Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests in a gracious and polite manner, serves welcome drinks, and gets them settled in their rooms
• Anticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
• Runs errands for guests when necessary
• Performs all duties with discretion and professionalism

Your profile:

• Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
