PASTRY
Task/Responsibilities:
Preparing desserts in accordance with the menu cycle
Responsible for hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations
Actively supporting and assisting the culinary and restaurant team
Any other duties advised by the Executive Chef/Hotel Manager
Requirements:
Previous working experience in the same field
Customer service driven
Punctual and well-organized person
A collaborative working style, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take proper decisions and action whenever any difficult situation arises
Fluent command of English
