• Promoting good public relations
• Receiving and handling complaints, concerns, or special requests of guests and clients

• Attending operational meetings in order to provide effective coordination and cooperation between departments

Your profile:

• A few years of previous experience in the same or similar position in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
