Main tasks:
- Act as Business Responsible and Subject Matter Expert for electronic invoicing within Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring compliant and stable operation in SAP S/4HANA and related applications

Implement, govern, and continuously improve the global service e-Invoicing strategy, ensuring alignment with local and international tax, legal, and regulatory requirements

Lead country-specific e-invoicing rollouts, including process design, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support

Own and maintain process documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure sustainable adoption and compliance across the service network

Contribute to cross-functional ERP and operational projects, ensuring alignment with service operations goals and end-to-end business objectives

Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, and Global Process Owners across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Contract Management, and Tax to ensure process integration and consistency

Represent e-Invoicing, user access management, and test management topics within SAP S/4HANA delivery initiatives

Define and implement a harmonized user access management approach for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Define, implement, and monitor an audit-compliant test management framework, including UAT for business projects and regression testing for SAP S/4HANA releases

Functionally lead test coordination and user access specialists, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and knowledge sharing

Define and track process KPIs to identify risks, inefficiencies, and continuous improvement opportunities

Maintain global standards to enable process automation, intelligent SAP S/4HANA capabilities, and consistent adoption

Evaluate business cases and cost-saving opportunities, including feasibility and impact on product costs or capital expenditures

Act as authorization owner for Requests for Change (RfCs), ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with global standards
- Develop and execute End User and stakeholder training, fostering adoption, compliance, and sustainable process execution
Your qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent higher education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong SAP S/4HANA functional expertise with hands-on experience in SD, PS, EPPM; Microsoft CRM experience is advantageous

Proven experience in user access management, role concepts, and authorization governance within SAP S/4HANA

Experience in project management, process automation, operational excellence, or structured improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma

Self-driven, decision-focused, structured, collaborative, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills

Experience working with senior management across multiple countries and effectively driving initiatives across all organizational levels

Background in commercial support and/or service coordination is advantageous

International business experience and strong intercultural competence

Professional-level in English and German

Willingness to travel internationally on a limited basis (5-10%)
