Key Facts: The opportunity to lead the SAP Finance transformation journey, including S/4HANA migration, A senior leadership role in a globally recognized company at the forefront of energy management, Cham/home office.

Main tasks:

• Lead, coach, and develop the SAP Finance team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Represent the EMEA region in the global ERP leadership team and help shape the worldwide SAP Finance strategy.
  
• Oversee SAP Finance operations (FI, CO, COPA, AM) across multiple SAP landscapes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture business needs, design effective solutions, and deliver successful implementations.
  
• Drive key strategic initiatives, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Streamline and enhance the SAP Finance architecture by applying best practices and leveraging modern technologies.
  
• Lead SAP Finance-related projects and ensure strong business alignment across all activities.
  

Your qualifications:

• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, COPA, Asset Management, and SAP integration architecture
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
  
• Strong skills in business consulting, requirements gathering, and project management
  
• Proven leadership in international SAP teams, especially in Finance-related functions
  
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
  
• Effective communicator across cultures and organizational levels
  
• Degree in Business IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
