Main tasks:

• Develop and execute end-to-end data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation
  
• Analyze legacy systems to identify data migration requirements, gaps, and potential challenges
  
• Design and implement robust ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
  
• Optimize and troubleshoot BODS jobs for maximum performance, efficiency, and reliability
  
• Apply functional expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP modules to ensure accurate and consistent data alignment
  
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives to support improved business processes and analytics accuracy
  
• Perform detailed data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure data integrity post-migration
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and documentation

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• Several years of experience in SAP data migration, including projects involving SAP S/4HANA 
  
• Proven proficiency in SAP BODS and other relevant data migration tools
  
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and PP modules
  
• Experienced in data analysis, cleansing, and transformation methodologies
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  
• Capable of working both independently and in collaborative team environments
  
• SAP certification and project management experience considered advantageous
