Main tasks:

• Participate in complex SAP business transformation programs, focusing on the analysis and optimization of service processes.
  
• Provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP Service solutions such as S/4HANA Service, SAP CS, FSM, Sales and Service Cloud, SAP SD, SAP MM, and PP VC.
  
• Lead daily operational activities of SAP advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  
• Take an active role in expanding the Sales and Service (SAS) SAP domain, contributing to knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and team development.
  
• Build and strengthen connections within the international SAP expert network, supporting the development of innovative SAP service offerings.
  
• Prepare and develop proposals for national and international clients, aligned with SAP consulting services.

Your qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  
• Several years of hands-on experience in business process consulting and SAP Service implementation.
  
• Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior professionals; minimum of three full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects in a leading role.
  
• Deep understanding of Service business processes and solid project management skills.
  
• Demonstrates ownership, works independently, and takes initiative, while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration.
  
• Open to travel requirements as per project needs.
  
• Fluent in German and English; French language skills are an advantage.
