Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in HR digitalization or IT consulting within the SAP HCM field
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  
• Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
