Main tasks

  • Leads the creation and implementation of complex business requirements in collaboration with disparate stakeholders to support continuous business process improvement within Supply Chain and manufacturing operations. Ensures business requirements are in alignment with global template.
  • Key point of contact for SAP Key Users and responsible for the most efficient Supply Chain process execution in SAP with focus in Manufacturing Supply and Warehousing.
  • Responsible to solve complex Supply Chain management tasks in collaboration with the Global process leads. Independently leads improvement initiatives and projects to drive efficiencies within Warehouse management and supply processes.
  • Analyzes existing manufacturing supply and warehousing processes to develop global process standards, process metrics, make recommendations, and drive solutions resulting in process standards/templates, potential enhancements to existing SAP solutions and drive business adoption.
  • Constantly improves standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines and identifies adequate controls as well as KPIs to maintain the global consistency of the new processes. Liases with global template owners to align Changes.
  • Takes on project responsibility for complex cross-location projects.
  • Leads User Acceptance Testing activities, cut over and go-live activities.
  • Closely collaborates with the Process Experts from all Manufacturing sites as well as other process teams such as Manufacturing Execution, Labeling, Serialization, Production Planning, Order to Cash, Master Data and Analytics.
  • Responsible for developing training materials in collaboration with the Global Manufacturing Supply and Warehousing Team and ensuring key users are trained on the material. Ensures training is holistic to meet integration standards
  • Provides Subject Matter expertise with applicable technical and business acumen to manufacturing and supply chain business partners to help resolve errors in a systematic manner within applicable ERP and Warehousing Systems and maintain uninterrupted movement of products through Global Supply Chain (including Monitoring for Posting Issues).
  • Provides product or process related information requests for customers, affiliates, and regulatory agencies in a timely manner to support business inquiries. Supports internal audits and reviews for corrective action plans, inclusive of business and data gaps to improve operational efficiency and mitigate quality or compliance risks.
  • Compliant and timely implementation of product and process changes, inclusive of applicable manufacturing changes, operational SOPs, and detailed Work Instructions. Ensures timely and continuous product supply to avoid stock out in any market.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of non-value added activities.

Your qualifications

  • Several years of experience of supply chain, manufacturing, or data management within pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry
  • Experience in SAP MM & IM & EWM module, SAP OPAL, and SAP Advanced Track and Trace as well as SAP required.
  • Additional experience in Serialization (ATTP), Production Planning and Control (PP), Quality Management (QM) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) modules are beneficial.
  • Lasoft, SAP BI, Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP Ariba, SAP Middleware (Mulesoft, MII, PI/PO), GMP Guidelines, Trackwise, QC Vera, GDRS, MES, ARIS, Process and Project Management Methodology experience are beneficial.
  • German level required: B2 level.
