Senior SAP SD/CS Architect (100%)

Industry: Manufacturer of industrial machinery
Number of employees: approx. 5'000 - 15'000

Key Facts: SAP Solution Architecture, SAP SD, SAP CS, Debugging and Programming, in Uzwil/home office.

Main tasks:

• Solution Design
  Responsible for delivering high-quality solution designs aligned with assigned Epics.
  
• Requirements Engineering
  Development of detailed solution concepts, gathering and analyzing requirements, and preparing system and program specifications.
  
• Coordination
  Management and coordination of deliverables from internal and external partners, including quality checks and functional testing.
  
• SAP Customization
  Independent customization of SAP ERP modules, specifically in Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD).
  
• Documentation
  Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and setups.
  
• Implementation Support
  Contribution to global rollouts of standardized processes and systems; conducting user training sessions as needed.
  
• System Support
  Delivery of third-level support for global users, with a focus on quality assurance and system stability.

Your qualifications:

• Educational Background
  Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• Solution Architecture
  Proven experience in solution architecture, including development of architectural deliverables for both Agile and waterfall projects.
  
• Professional Experience
  Several years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a comparable role.
  
• SAP Expertise
  Practical experience with SAP ERP SD and in-depth knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
  
• Technical Skills
  Proficiency in debugging and programming within the SAP environment.
  
• Language Skills
  Fluency in English and German at a business level
