Main tasks:

• Deliver high-quality solution designs for assigned Epics
• Develop comprehensive solution concepts, conduct requirements engineering, and create detailed system and program specifications
• Coordinate development activities carried out by internal and external partners, including quality assurance and testing
• Independently customize SAP ERP CS/SD according to project requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and setups
• Support global implementation projects by defining process and system standards and conducting user training sessions
• Provide third-level system support for global users, ensuring quality and operational stability

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in solution architecture and the creation of architecture deliverables for both waterfall and agile environments
• Several years of professional experience (including experience in a comparable role)
• Solid background in SAP ERP SD and advanced expertise in SAP Customer Service Management
• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software engineering, engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Fluent English and German communication skills at a professional business level
