Main tasks:

  • Drive business growth by identifying high-impact opportunities within the SAP ecosystem and executing joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts without existing relationships, converting high-potential leads into active opportunities
  • Leverage a strong personal network within the SAP landscape to uncover and progress qualified opportunities
  • Improve win rates and pipeline conversion through customized opportunity strategies and targeted execution
  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead origination to opportunity closure, with a focus on strategic deal execution
  • Shape SAP sales strategy and planning for key solution areas: RISE, GROW, BTP, SAP ERP, SCM, CX, and AI platforms
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key SAP stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment with market priorities
  • Collaborate closely with alliance management, SAP account teams, and internal stakeholders to drive successful joint sales campaigns
  • Contribute to bid management, pitching, and deal-closing efforts, ensuring best-in-class sales practices across the sales lifecycle
  • Support the creation of co-branded campaigns that highlight the SAP partnership and expand market presence

Your qualifications:

  • Established network and proven ability to engage C-level executives in the Swiss market
  • Extensive experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on business development, solutioning, and implementation leadership
  • Deep knowledge of SAP solutions including RISE, GROW, BTP, and BDC, with expertise spanning business development, solution design, and delivery
  • Strong track record in executing joint go-to-market strategies across SAP programs and platforms
  • Deep understanding of SAP partner programs, lead generation models, and alliance frameworks, with evidence of successful partnership execution
  • Proven negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and consistent achievement of sales targets
  • History of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and C-level influence
  • Fluent in English; German or French language skills considered an asset
