Main tasks:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP integrations in collaboration with the SAP Technology leadership.
  
• Architect, implement, and manage SAP integration solutions using:
  
  • SAP Integration Suite (including Cloud Integration, API Management)
    
  • SAP PO/PI (Process Orchestration/Integration)
    
  • Event-driven architecture (e.g., SAP Event Mesh)
    
• Oversee the full lifecycle of integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of all SAP integration interfaces.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.
  
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of integration developers, providing technical oversight and quality assurance.
  
• Manage external partners and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLA agreements.
  
• Support ongoing cloud transformation initiatives with a focus on hybrid and cloud-native integration scenarios.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies (e.g., BTP, APIs, CDS Views, event-based integrations).
  
• Promote the use of integration best practices, reusability, and modern design principles.
  

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• Several years of experience in SAP integration and architecture.
  
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and complex integration landscapes.
  
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP Integration Suite & API Management
  • SAP PI/PO
  • SAP BTP
    
  • OData, REST, SOAP APIs
    
  • IDoc, RFC, ALE, and EDI protocols
    
• Familiarity with event-based integration frameworks and hybrid/cloud integration approaches.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Fluent English required; German or Spanish are advantageous.
  
• SAP certification in Integration technologies is a strong plus.
