Main tasks:

• Responsible for SAP solution design, implementation, and maintenance within the Order to Cash workstream (SAP S/4 SD, LE)
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, External Consultants, Developers, Security, Data Privacy, and Data specialists to deliver and maintain an SAP S/4 solution that supports automation and specialization in the global value chain
• Accountable for the solution architecture across the Order to Cash processes, covering Master Data, transactions, and Month-End closing
• Partner with Product/Process Owners and Lead Solution Architects to evaluate and align design changes from an application maintenance perspective
• Serve as the primary contact for business process owners and super users, ensuring a seamless platform experience across the value chain, regardless of the underlying application landscape
• Support SAP ecosystem enhancements and Software Development (DevSecOps) requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP platforms like Signavio, Solution Manager, MDG, GRC
• Assist in analyzing and resolving issues in production (incident and problem management), working with internal and external DevSecOps teams
• Facilitate testing automation using Solution Manager Focused Build and UiPath
• Learn and support non-SAP applications critical to finance processes within the broader ecosystem
• Oversee operational reporting and embedded analytics solution design and maintenance
• Adhere to operational governance and SLA requirements, identifying dependencies, testing needs, service orchestration, and business impact
• Work with cross-functional scrum teams, guiding SAP S/4HANA configuration, with hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC
• Provide cross-functional alignment by understanding and explaining the end-to-end process
• Proactively communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and deliverables
• Mitigate risks associated with transformational architecture transitions while ensuring continuous business operations
• Report to the SAP Platform Area Manager, collaborating with the Order and Finance Program management

Your qualifications:

• Passionate about creating value through effective SAP solution architecture
• Strong team player with deep techno-functional expertise, able to inspire and guide teams toward clear objectives
• Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant
• Experience in supply chain or retail industries, with the ability to balance detailed analysis and a broader context
• Skilled communicator, capable of presenting complex technical challenges in an accessible way to stakeholders
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to build trust-based relationships across teams and communities
