SAP Vice President Business Transformation (100%)

Main tasks:

• Responsible for the definition of the project scope and objectives for the business transformation to SAP S/4Hana in consultation with stakeholders and in alignment with the overall business strategy
• Manage, lead, motivate and direct the diverse group of internal and external project stakeholders and ensure taking suitable measures to meet needs and expectations including risk identification and mitigation
• Develop detailed project plans, manage project resources and ensuring targeted communication
• Ensure the meeting of quality standards and compliance to relevant regulations and policies, initiate and supervise suitable pre-deployment procedures for testing and validation
• Define a KPI-driven approach to ensure project success, including completion on time and within budget restrictions

Your qualifications:

• Several years SAP deep technical expertise, both R/3 and S/4 in a global multi-site environment
• Several years leadership experience in information technology in a global and multicultural environment
• Proven track record in project management expertise, with IPMA A certification or equivalent
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills across hierarchy and fields of specialization, resulting in strong relationships based on trust and respect
• Pronounced integrative-analytical skills, strong ability to communicate and an adaptive-creative mindset (Englisch / German)
